Designing a Landing Page for Zero Vape’s E-Commerce Platform

Zero Vape, a local vaporizer store in Toronto, offers a wide range of vape products, from e-liquids to devices and accessories.

With their current brick-and-mortar operation thriving, they now have their sights set on broadening their horizons through the establishment of an e-commerce platform to cater to online clientele.

My task is to develop an online platform that maintains and elevates the exceptional customer satisfaction experienced in the physical store. Through intuitive design and personalized service, I aim to craft a digital space that captures Zero Vape's inviting ambiance, product knowledge, and sense of community.

Competitor Research

I decided to delve into competitor research to gain insights into the expectations of users - website usability, visual design, and functionality in similar contexts or events. In fact, Canada has over 2,300 vaporizer stores and more than 1,600 e-commerce platforms dedicated to vaping products.

  • Live Chat Support: The service enhances user satisfaction by allowing users to communicate directly with support staff in real time.
